    I want to install a SFTP Server on Windows 2003. Does anyone know of any such servers?

    You will need to get a third party ftp server, IIS FTP doesn't have this feature.

    There's discussion to include ftps in IIS7, but no solid news from MS yet. And take note Sftp and Ftps are two different things, whereby the former are utilizing secure shell (ssh) type of technology while ftps is extension of ftp to encrypt communication via SSL cert.

    CompleteFTP works on Windows Server 2003 (2008 and 2012 too) and supports SFTP (as well as FTPS, FTP and SCP).
