    PHP 7.4 email works by command line but not on web (IIS)

    Hello,

    I'm using PHP 7.4.8 and emails work from PHP scripts executed by command line but not when triggered on the web through a browser with just a connection failed error. It feels like Exchange and/or IIS are block the connection when made on the web. Is there some setting I missed?
