I have ISS 7.5 on Windows 2008R2 Std, the issue is When I browse the Application from the Client such as Laptop, PC, etc, I'm not seeing the latest data, I'm seeing old data( which I browser last day). Once I clear browser cache, I can see the latest content.
What is this Issue, how to resolve the issue from the Server-side? or any other way to fix the issue.
Thanks in advance, Awaiting for advice.

You could use the "httpExpires" attribute which specifies a date and time that the content should expire, You need to add an HTTP "Expires" header to the response.
To configure a cache expiration date for a Web site or application you could follow the below steps:
1)Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
2)In the Connections pane, go to the site for which you want to disable caching.
3)From the middle pane, select HTTP Response Headers.
4)In the HTTP Response Headers pane, click Set Common Headers... in the Actions pane.
5)In the Set Common HTTP Response Headers dialog box, check the box to expire Web content, select the option to expire after a specific interval or at a specific time, and then click OK.
