    Hi,

I'm having a strange problem which I cannot understand. It hasn't happened before.

I have two websites, and I have a certificate on IIS "Server Certificates" for each one of them.

So, two websites and two separate certificates.

What happens is, if I select certificate1 for website1, website2 also (automatically) selects certificate1.

I go and change back the certiciate for website2 to its proper one, and website1 automatically changes.

It's like they HAVE to share the same certificate.

    Any idea why?

    Thanks

    Alex

Unless you use the right steps in IIS Manager (like enabling SNI), you can easily mess up the certificate mappings in HTTP API,

Try to learn netsh command, and then you can revise them at command prompt.

    Hi alexandros_k,

What IIS version are you using. If you are using IIS 7, then you might not have Server name indication and certificates would messed up.

Besides, you could try command line to bind the certificate instead of GUI like how we handle wildcard certificate.
