Some times MonitoringHost.exe has 1024 threads, the total cpu is 20%, MonitoringHost.exe consumed 12%, and the site loses response. When I finished MonitoringHost.exe, the website returned to normal.

We tested the site for three days, and this didn't happen again. What caused this phenomenon?

    Hi Konnech,

It is not the correct way to identify high CPU issue. I think the root issue is IIS failed to response and it sounds like two much concurrent monitor task are being started and haven't been released. Since SCOM is not supported by IIS and this IIS can be resolved by killing monitoringHost.exe, it is recommended to post your question to TechNet forum.

    https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/home?category=systemcenteroperationsmanager

We need to expert to check SCOM itself and dump file, So we would know what is it doing in each thread.
