    Hi everybody

    recently, checking the event viewer of our web server Windows 2012 R2, I realized this warning generated by one of our site:

    Event ID: 5011 A process serving application pool 'XXXX' suffered a fatal communication error with the Windows Process Activation Service. The process id was 'YYYYY'. The data field contains the error numberr

    and I ran err.exe  6d000780 (got the below error message.  We are not able to find the root cause of the error.

    and I ran err.exe  6d000780 (got the below error message.  We are not able to find the root cause of the error.

    The bytes need to be reordered as 0x8007006d.

    Hi,

    Could you share your dump file with drive link? which type of dump did you collect full dump or minidump? you also need to find out which thread is causing the issue.
