I am trying to bind my FTP site to a specific domain. When it is not bound to any domain, I can successfully access my FTP site from ftp://mydomain.com (or anything pointing to my IP since it's unbound) using Windows Explorer or any FTP clients. When I add a binding for mydomain.com, it stops working.

I tried to  enter "mydomain.com|User01" withinto your FTP client as your FTP user ID  in FileZille Client or fwindowsd file explorer as mentioned in one of the topics in IIS forum but it doesn't work as well

Any ideas what could be the problem?

    Many thanks!

Could you share your iis FTP site binding detail and authorization rule details? did you purchase a domain name from any third party? did you get any error message or warning when you try to access FTP site? also, try to check iis log you may get more information from that.
