Hi, im having the following issue with Culture Info in the IIS for a ASP.NET C# Web App:

In my country we use the es-SV Culture wich uses dd/MM/yyyy date format. Wich works fine in Windows Server 2012 R2 (IIS 8.5.9600).

But, using Windows Server 2016 (IIS 10.0.14393) or Windows Server 2019, using the same Culture es-SV the date format is dd/M/yyyy.

Other Cultures keeps the same format between different versions of IIS, such as es-MX.

There's variation between those last versions of IIS.

    Please help.

    Hi roanmeva,

According to your description, if you want to use iis to change the date format to DD/MM/YY,you could follow the steps as below:

    • Open the IIS Manager
    • Select either your website or the server if you wish to change all sites
    • Select “.Net  Globalization”
    • Set the “Culture” and “UI Culture” to the English(United Kingdom)(en-GB)
    • Click Apply
    • Restart IIS

    You could see as below:

    Best Regards
