My website is currently http but I have installed the certificate to switch to https but I don't see it convert, I don't understand why, does anyone know why it can't be solved?

Installing a Certificate does not "convert" a site to HTTPS, it simply change it so it can be accessed by HTTPS, and assuming you left the existing binding there, also access it still by HTTP.
Does HTTP and HTTPS work when accessing your site? If so and you want it to redirect from HTTP to HTTPS, you should download and install the URL Rewrite Module and check out this link #4: https://ruslany.net/2009/04/10-url-rewriting-tips-and-tricks/#redirect-https
Its possible to do this without URL Rewrite, but URL Rewrite is the cleanest, IMHO.
