we installed the PHP via WebPI tool in 2018/04/09 which was the version 7.2 for IIS, today the PHP is already in 7.3.4 accordingly to
www.php.net website but if we open the WebPI is offers only PHP v7.2.7.
>>>> So, is there a way to install the latest one?
We are asking since our wordpress v5.1 was hacked in the last week and we used cWatch from Comodo for cleanup process.

According to your description, firstly I have checked web platform installer in IIS and I found the latest type of PHP is 7.3.1, so if 7.3.1 could work for api, you could just install this. You could see :
Then if you want to install php7.3.4 for iis you could follow the steps as below:
1.You should download php7.3.4 in your local machine. Here is the link:
2.download WinCache extension.
3.Install PHP and WinCache.
4.Add the PHP installation folder to the Path environment variable.
5.Set up a handler mapping for PHP.
6.Add default document entries for PHP.
7.Test your PHP installation.
For more details about downloading the php manually for iis, you could see the link as below:

I have the same issue. In fact the entire of Web Platform Installer 5 has had only 14 packages updated over the last 2+ years. PHP remains at 7.2.7, latest security patch is I believe 7.2.24, and of course there is also 7.3.x
Is the Web Platform Installer defunct?
