What's the URL in your web browser when you see that message? Note that *.xxx.com does not work for requests to xxx.com, so you do need a better certificate to cover all.

Hello here is the web page
I am asking for the URL in the address bar of the web browser. The page itself does not help much.

The hostname in the website’s security certificate differs from the website you are trying to visit.
According to the error message, it means "This website is using a certificate that was issued to a different web address.".
I suggest you could check the certificate added with this websites to make sure the certificate is issued to the right url.
If this certificate is not issued the right url, I suggest you could try to connect to the third party certificate provider to ask for a new certificate and add it in the IIS.
If you use self-signed certificate , you could refer to below article to create new certificate.
