Currently I am having "http" to my Web site. How to change it to https? It seems there is no use to just change it below (to https).

Hello HuaMin Chen,
To enable HTTPS on your web server, you need obtain a certificate and bind it to your website.
Before using a certificate from a trusted Certificate Authority, you could try to create a Self-Signed Certificate for testing.
Select the server node and choose the IIS->Server Certificates function, Click Create Self-Signed Certificate to create a new certificate.
Then try to add a new binding to your site. In the type box, choose https instead of http and select the certificate in the SSL certificate combo box. Save the setting and then you could try to visit your site using https.
You will get warning that the site is not security but you could force to get your site content.
For removing the warning, use a certificate from trusted Certificate Authority to bind to your site.
You could get more information from below document.

Port 81 is not for HTTPS. Please change the port number to 443. You also need to open TCP port 443 on the firewall so that traffic can go through.

Click the Advanced and you will see an option to force browser to enter in your site.
You saw this warning since your SSL certification is not from a trusted Certificate Authority. For removing the warning, use a certificate from trusted Certificate Authority to bind to your site.
