Problem with large amounts of cookies

I have a script that was running on Win 2008 IIS 7.5 which uses a loop to delete 60 cookies. It works fine. I've also tested it on Win 10 with IIS and again it works just fine, and has done for a long time.
I migrated the code over to Win 2016, IIS 10 and now I'm having problems.
The page fails, connection resets when it gets to around 50 (not an exact number as it's pulled from a template with other cookie code here and there)
Something in IIS 10 is limiting this.
Can anybody help me with how I might change a config to get this working like it did in 7.5?

The page fails, connection resets
What's that and how did you know connection was reset?

I run the code from a browser and the browser gives me the error that it's reset.
Over HTTP/2 it's running fine, it's when I take it off SSL and use HTTP.
I double checked on Win 10/IIS and also Win 2008/IIS7.5 and it works fine on there, so I'm presuming it's an issue with IIS10

First at all, IIS on Win10 is also IIS 10, so I think it's hard to say that it is an issue with IIS10.
You said that the browser give your an error. What's the detail error message? Is there any http status code returned?
What's the script? How and when you run the script? I would suggest you provide a simple reproduce steps so we could try to reproduce your issue.

I didn't realise Win 10 also had IIS10.
The script is running on ColdFusion, it's a simple script that contains a loop that deletes x amount of cookies, set it to 60
This is also an issue if I create 60+ cookies
I've created a test link to demo the problem to you, you'll get the message the connection was reset
There is no SSL on this domain, but if I do run it on an SSL with HTTP/2 it works fine.
As I mentioned it also works fine on my Win 10, and also Win Server 2008

What’s the detail code in the cookietest.cfm? What’s the correct result the page will show?
The error message from the page is not enough detail for us, what’s the logged information in your log file?
Besides, I would suggest you try to use Failure Request Tracing to record what happed to your request.
You could refer to below link for more information.
