How can I link the downloaded PHP with IIS

I tested by creating a small PHP Info file inside the inetpub\wwwroot folder and the file didin't work when I tried to acces it using browser. How can I add PHP with the IIS? I have following options enabled :
I do have PHP downloaded from here :
I have WAMP which is turned off right now but not sure if that would be appropriate to use here since that contains Apache and MySQL as well.
Here, I saw the steps using Web PI
I downloaded the installed and it got downloaded and nothing happened after that.

You can do it manually,
or use PHP Manager for IIS,
