I am running IIS 8.5 on windows 2012 and would like to know when does the app recycle is done, i know it runs every 29 hours. I am not sure if the app recycle will cause these errors to be recorded in event viewer:
been seeing a lot of warning like:
A process serving application pool 'mysitePool' failed to respond to a ping. The process id was '3888'.
A process serving application pool 'mysitePool' exceeded time limits during shut down. The process id was '2308'.
A worker process '2308' serving application pool 'mysitePool' failed to stop a listener channel for protocol 'http' in the allotted time. The data field contains the error number.
this error received daily every 10-30mins

To assist your investigation, you can ask IIS to generate log entries when recycling a pool,

why am I getting those errors? can someone explain and how to fix?

I can see that you are getting multiple errors.
If we talk about error,"A process serving application pool 'mysitePool' failed to respond to a ping. The process id was '3888'."
The possible cause for this error can be due to two things. The first is that a worker process failed to respond to a ping from the Windows Process Activation Service (WAS). The second is that WAS attempted to shut down the offending process.
Generally, this means that either the worker process hung or it did not have enough resources to respond to the ping request.
IIS Application Pool Availability
If we talk about the second error,"A process serving application pool 'mysitePool' exceeded time limits during shut down. The process id was '2308'."
Below can be the cause for this error.
This message is logged to the event log when an application pool takes longer than the configured ShutdownTimeLimit property to shut down. When this time limit is exceeded, the worker process will be forcibly shut down and recycled
and the event log message created.
It is possible that this message will appear in the event log without any negative observed behavior to end users browsing the web sites hosted in that application pool. However, the presence of the event suggests one of the following is true:
An application pool exceeded time limits during shutdown in Internet Information Services (IIS)
If we talk about 3rd error,"A worker process '2308' serving application pool 'mysitePool' failed to stop a listener channel for protocol 'http' in the allotted time. The data field contains the error number."
If an error occurs when WAS communicates with the listener adapter through the protocol adapter, the Web server may be unable to respond to requests on the given protocol.
IIS Protocol Adapter Availability
So you can try to refer these links and try to implement a suggestions to check whether it solves the issue or not.
