Jun 12, 2018 09:54 AM|rkganapathy|LINK
Hi,
Currently my IIS server Default app pool Idle timeout is 25 min and My web config session timeout in 25 min.
Now client request to change the session timeout 25 to 40 min.
I Changed Web.config setting but there is no impact in my application.
I don't have rights to access IIS and machine config.
Please suggest to overwrite IIS idle timeout.

You must request access to IIS configuration at least so as to modify application pool idle timeout. There is no other way to modify it.
