Detailed Error Information:
IIS Web Core
Request Tracing Directory
Below is details file request tracing logs for the error:
Failed Request Tracing Logs:-

Can you help to identify the probable cause ? It is permission issue or something else.

Could you pass windows authentication with a local physical root from remote server? We need to figure out whether this issue come from the shared folder or the local server configuration.
Now that the application and authentication works fine in local but fail with remote connection. It looks like you firewall, anti-virus,group policy is blocking the connection.
This link provide some group policy relate to the windows authetntication:
You could also check event viewer or process monitor, maybe they could provide the information about whats going on there.
