    Hi anil,

So could you create a new website and load the php web application? I mean the specific php application stop working or all the php application stop working?

If only specific application crash the fast cgi, then it could be caused by your php application. However, if all the php web page stop working ,then it should be a PHP configuration issue.

So please try to reinstall the PHP in IIS following this link:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/application-frameworks/install-and-configure-php-applications-on-iis/using-fastcgi-to-host-php-applications-on-iis

Of course, you could try to use process monitor to check if it is a permission issue in w3wp.exe.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon

    Best Regards,
