I am working with IIS Express. I have set my bindings so I can access ISS Express from a remote computer and that is working except that when I enter 192.168.1.5:80 in the browser on my remote computer I get the Microsoft Windows ISS web site not my development

I have set my bindings
What have you set exactly? Stop the catch all "default web site" in full IIS and try again.

If you need to access the IIS express site via internal IP address, just ensure your remote computer and client in the same domain. Just ensure you can ping 1 Besides, add the binding information to applicationhost.config in Documents\IISExpress\config\applicationhost.config
<binding protocol="http" bindingInformation="192.168.2.5:80:" />or maybe <binding protocol="http" bindingInformation="*:80:192.168.2.5" />
Finally, you may need to let http.sys to listen to the request:
netsh http add urlacl url=http://192.168.1.5:80/ user=Everyone
If you have other website binding in IIS, you'd better disable the website like default web site to disable the site with unassigned IP address. Which could handle the request with IP URL.
