    Hi all,

just curious question: Is HttpPlatformHandler still developed? Looking at AspNetCore module (fork of HttpPlatformHandler), there are new features like "app_offline.htm", but in HttpPlatformHandler there are missing. The latest release of this handler is more than two years old.

    Thanks

app_offline.htm is considered to be an ASP.NET feature, so it makes sense to arrive in ASP.NET Core module.

HttpPlatformHandler is designed for third party technologies, such as Java, so whether such should be added there is subjective.

A stable module won't be updated frequently as long as it works.

Just because a module "works" and is stable, that doesn't mean that it can't be improved upon. I want to see a 1.3 or 2.0 version of the httpplatformhandler, that addresses the issues noted in these forums.
