    Hi,

I want to publish via ftp and everything is ok but Visual Studio don't copy any files to FTP.

    Where is the problem?

I'm using IIS 10 on Windows Server 2016.

    Hi Delavor,

Is there any error message when you valid the connection? Your issue seems that you didn't have a write permission to access the website. Please check whether your login have the write permission on the remote FTP site and virtual directory.

Besides, you need to run visual studio as administrator to publish your website.

If the steps above doesn't work, you could also check whether there is a remote debug and whether there is something wrong with visual studio 2017.

I am novice of vistual studio. My Idea,I am publish by web deploy to IIS on my PC or Note Book. After, I am ftp to Windows Server and set Application pools for .net core or .net framework.

    Good Luck.
