Failed in PHP installation & setup on my local IIS

I followed Tali Smith's procedure
step-by step. However, at Step 23, I did not see the PHP information page at
http://localhost/phpinfo.php. What I got is
No input file specified.
In my IIS 7.5, I can see the phpinfo.php in the Default Web Site's Content View. If I right-clicked it > browse, I got the same error.
I wish the Author or someone can help me to solve this problem. Thanks.

Its step 15 neglects an important prompt in IIS Manager. When it says "then click Yes", it means you should accept a prompt to add this PHP handler to FastCGI Settings at server level.
To manually fix that, click the server node in IIS Manager and then choose FastCGI Settings. Then click Add Application... to point to the php-cgi.exe executable.

Thanks for your advisory. I did see the FastCGI settings icon in Feature View's IIS category, Currently, its full path is C:\php\php-cgi.exe. It means it exists already. What else should I do? Thanks.
