I want to host multiple website in different ports.
For example, www.example.com:8080 and
www.example.com:8081 There 2 websites point to different port.
Currently, my website doesn't seem to work. Is there any setting for this. I set "all Unassigned IP" and had set the port value. But I am still cannot access the website from the web address. I can access the website with localhost at the assigned port.
What can be done for this problem?

Yes you can have sites using non-standard ports like 8080. I would remove the 'all unassigned' setting. Adjust the bindings and use a hostname for each site:
Add a binding to a site IIS 7
Configure a Host Header for a Web Site (IIS 7)
Managing Sites in IIS 7

I have already added the site binding. but it didn't work. It displayed the Page can't be displayed (IE browser) and web page is not available (chrome)
Is there any other thing I need to do?
To I need to set anything else?

It seems to be network issue. I suggest that you can clear dns cache and set the right A record for the server public IP address. And please make sure configure firewall for the port.
And you can use Ping, Telnet, Trace Route and NSlookup command line to test network issue. For more information, please refer to the document:
