I'm attempting top create a file repository like dropbox where users can create folders, and subfolders to store their uploaded files. Now, the home page works like dropboxes, it shows all of the root folders for their online folder directories which mirror
the folders they've created in my site's root folder. When a user wants to navigate to another folder to view that folder's contents, how does the site display them?
So say that page.php is a script which gets the content of the folder and displays it on that page for then user to see. Is this file copied and included in every new folder that is created? Or is there another way of doing this? There is nothing online
which has an answer for my question.

Firstly, according to your description, your problem is related to PHP programming, you could ask for help on PHP forum.
Secondly, if you’d like to list all the folders, subfolders, files in a directory, you could refer to this link.
