    Hello

I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 with IIS FTP Service.

FTP is configured with user isolation "User name directory (disable global virtual directories)".

From inside the company I can normally access, but outside from internet occurs error:

530 User xxxx cannot log in

    I'm using domain account.

    Thank you

    Marcos

    Hello,

Check you FTP error logs for more clues. You could also make an FTP session via command prompt to diagnose the problem:

    telnet yoursite 21

    user:...

    pass:...

    Hi,

To access ftp site via Internet, we should have public IP for the ftp server. You can try to test via ping and nslookup command if the netwok is right.

And please try to use "domain\user"  as login user instead of only user name.

And if the ftp server is under router, we need to make router forward these ports to ftp server. Depending on your router model, you can either forward a range of ports or you need to forward all ports individually.

    Hello

    Resolved.

Firewall NAT was wrong, forwarding to another ftp server.

I had no access to the firewall to check.

Conectivity test work because there was another server listening requests.

    Thank you Guys
