    Hello guys, I had problem with my HTML page in localhost which contains only this:

    <!--[if !IE ]>
      <p>You're not using IE</p>
    <![endif]-->

    this is my basic code. When I'm attempting to run this page in IE 11, it didn't worked.

    Next time you should post to StackOverflow, as IE/Edge team decided to answer questions there instead of a certain Microsoft forum.

    For this specific question, you won't get such comments supported by IE 10 and above in standard mode,

    https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms537512(v=vs.85).aspx

    It is clearly documented in Important section.
