    Hello,

This is very persistent behavior and reproduced on all of our production servers.

We host 1000 - 2000 sites per server.

Switching to the Windows 2012 R2 from 2008 R2 we noticed this strange behavior.

After site count reaches 1500 or so the binary logging stops working and W3C logs are generated instead and stored in the default location c:\intetpub\logs\LogFile

The IIS configuration remains unchanged. It still shows that it's set for binary logging in both - server node and site nodes.

I believe it is a bug in IIS which is hard to reproduce considering amount of sites needed.

Does anybody knows about solution to this problem?
