I am running a Dell 8510 PC with 8Gb RAM, 64 Bit dual core processor and a 2TB HDD, running Windows 8 Professional.
I am trying to install and application that accesses a database on my HDD. It requires Microsoft .net framework to be used, but IIS has to run in 32 mode instead of 64.
How do I set my IIS to run in 32 Bit Mode? I cannot find any setting anywhere that allows for this.
Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

you can set this up in the MetaBase.
Here's the documentation wit the single command to run to enable 32bit mode : https://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/WindowsServer2003/Library/IIS/13f991a5-45eb-496c-8618-2179c3753bb0.mspx?mfr=true
