I am sorry if this is the wrong forum. I looked but couldn't see a more appropriate one.
I'm having an issue with IIS7 + Sharepoint + Win 2008 RC2.
Everything seems to work, apart from drag and drop document uploading. Using the inbuilt uploader works fine, just drag and drop fails. It errors with:
Error with request to the server: Unexpected response from server. The status code of response is '400'. The status text of response is 'Bad Request'., StackTrace:
There isn't anything shown in the event viewer.
I've traced the error and get:
I've also captured the network traffic and the specific part of the capture shows nothing more, just says bad request, error 400.
Can somebody please help with this?

According to your description, I think the question probably caused by the authentication.
Please try to refer to the following steps to allow anonymous authentication:
1. Double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
2. In the Connections pane, expand the server name, expand Sites, and go to the level in the hierarchy pane that you want to configure, and then click the Web site or Web application.
3. Scroll to the Security section in the Home pane, and then double-click Authentication.
4. In the Authentication pane, select Anonymous Authentication, and then click Disable in the Actions pane.
