The Web Capacity Analysis Tool outputs in XML, which is crap compared to a CSV which can be used to plot charts in Excel. Moreover, the XML cannot be transformed into something readable because the report.xsl stylesheet that ships with it is broken.

Now, apparently there's a workaround for IE9, but I don't run old browsers and neither does anyone else. Using a hack in some old browser isn't a great strategy so is there some way we can get the XSL fixed?

    My (Saxon) compiler says:

Variable rowId has not been declared.

Variable state had not been declared.

    Thanks
