  • Download page for IIS 7 PowerShell providers has wrong title for the downloads

I'm just about to link to the download page for the IIS 7 providers for PowerShell, at http://www.iis.net/downloads/microsoft/powershell. At the bottom of the page, however, the downloads are labelled "Download Advanced Logging 1.0". This is wrong, and will confuse my users.

(edit: just noticed that this is in the wrong forum; can someone move it for me, please?)

What are you trying to link to?  That is the page to install the extension...

Yes, the page to install the extension is wrong.

This is the 'Windows Powershell Snap-in for IIS 7.0" page
    http://www.iis.net/downloads/microsoft/powershell#additionalDownloads

The title of the Downloads section (at the bottom of the page) is badly titled.
It currently reads 'Download Advanced Logging 1.0',
It *should* read 'Download Powershell Snap-in'  ... or similar.

I agree, it's misleading.  It's a long way down from the title - I thought I'd somehow opened the 'Advanced Logging' page by mistake.

The WinPI/ x64 / x86 links in that section appear to be correct - i.e., they are correctly linked to the IIS7 Powershell Provider msi packages.
But I had to follow the links (trigger the download) to confirm that they retrieved the powershell snap-in packages, and not the advanced logging module.
