You can use the hostName to direct the request to a different domain. I'm still trying to figure out how to apply all this to Azure with many web servers behind a load balancer. Let's say you bring up another app server on-the-fly and the module fires...
if the request goes out to my domain, another web server may pick up the request instead of the server that fired the init module...
