Can't get PHP to work on one site..

If you browse the site locally (on the server itself), you should see the real error. You can also enable Failed Request Tracing to get additional information related to the 500 error. Here is an article that explains how to enable FRT:
http://www.iis.net/learn/troubleshoot/using-failed-request-tracing/troubleshooting-failed-requests-using-tracing-in-iis. This is most likely related to PHP not being installed or configured correctly on your IIS instance.
