Anyone getting this? Cropped up after upgrading wp to 3.4.1 on my prod server. I copied back to my dev server running same php version and sql and no issues whatsoever. Here's the error:

     This is what I get:

    ModuleName FastCgiModule
    Notification 128
    HttpStatus 500
    HttpReason Internal Server Error
    HttpSubStatus 0
    ErrorCode 255
    ConfigExceptionInfo
    Notification EXECUTE_REQUEST_HANDLER
ErrorCode The extended attributes are inconsistent. (0xff)

It seems that if I turn on query logging in wp-config.php the 500s stop but still getting strange query execution errors for queries like:

    SELECT * FROM sh_9_posts  WHERE (post_type =  N'page' AND post_status LIKE  N'publish')     ORDER BY menu_order, sh_9_posts.post_title ASC|~|a:0:{}|~|

    AND

    SELECT * FROM sh_users WHERE ID =  N'34'|~|a:1:{i:0;O:8:"stdClass":12:{s:2:"ID";s:2:"34";s:10:"user_login";s:4:"erin";s:9:"user_pass";s:34:"$P$BZeji/4rCdw..";s:13:"user_nicename";s:4:"erin";s:10:"user_email";s:16:"";s:8:"user_url";s:0:"";s:15:"user_registered";s:23:"2012-08-01 17:38:31.000";s:19:"user_activation_key";s:0:"";s:11:"user_status";s:1:"0";s:12:"display_name";s:14:"Tom ";s:4:"spam";s:1:"0";s:7:"deleted";s:1:"0";}}|~|

I don't know where the N's are coming from in those queries.
