Calling .NET DLL from classic ASP

I have a classic ASP website; on the site I call methods from a managed .NET assembly.
I do this by first calling a .NET COM DLL (that has been made com visible)
This DLL then calls the methods in the managed .NET DLL
Both of these DLL's have been registered in the GAC, I have also correctly set dcom launch and activation permissions. The DLL's work perfect in my classic ASP.
The problem I have is that randomly the calls to the DLL's stop working, with the following error message "error 80070002 File or assembly name DllName, or one of its dependencies, was not found."
If I stop and start IIS then they start working again.
Has anybody had a similar problem?
Can anyone please help diagnose the problem to why the DLL calls stop working randomly?

It looks like you have done the correct steps

Also read MSDN Blog
runtime error "80070002" and paths.
I suggest you Enable and turn on FRT
The FRT logs should help with the Trouble Shooting.
