    Dear All 

    I want to change ftp user home directory to other than LocalUser\Username in IIS 6.0 FTP, is it possible?

     Create a virtual directory there and point it to the physical location you want.

    You can change you home directory to 6.0 ftp. You just need to click the home directory tab first then go to the local path and then click the browse option. After doing this you need expand the folder, select the sub folder with in which you want to wish for the domain to set as default. By doing this you can successfully convert to ftp user.
