hi I'm new to all this, but tried Don Ramens method using WPI and then followed the troubleshooting blog.
Still no luck. I can out put the PHP info from the command line "php -info" but cannot get an output from either PHP manager or bby trying to access phpinfo.php of test.php which are in my wwwroot folder. all are on the path and I have also tried making
a subfolder of wwwroot as someone suggested.
Also when wanting to start all over, there is no "uninstall" in windows for PHP even tho I used the WPI to install it. Just a working PHP folder.
thanks in advance,

Does php installed successfully? Once you have php installed, you can find the uninstall option with "Control Panel -> Programs -> Program and Features -> Uninstall or change a program".
For more information about how to host php applications on IIS7, you can take reference to the following article:
Using FastCGI to Host PHP Applications on IIS 7

Thanks for the reply Lloyd.
Even tho' I installed all this with the WPI, the PHP itself does not show up in 2008 Programs and Features.
PHP manager does show up however, but that is just a plug in for IIS7. Everything else installed with the WPI like IIS Express, etc. shows up as well.
The only thing that is not there to uninstall is PHP itself. It does output however from the command line PHP -info

Found the problem.
Enable 32bit applications in the application pool was set to false.
Now I can display php.info thru localhost
Just gotta find out now how to set up a wiki.
