For your questions 2, here is very simple HTML page that will allow you to redirect from http to https.
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; URL=https://<URLTOREDIRECTHERE> ">
Create a page like redirect.html or index.html on server1 and set that as Default Document. It will redirect to the second server.

Thank you for the reply!
Is this to redirect HTTP to HTTPS? Do you have any idea to redirect from HTTPS to HTTP in Win2003 IIS 6.0? It is
possible and does it make sense?
However, on my test 2003 server which is newly installed, it works fine to open \OMA or \Exchange site for both HTTP
and HTTPS. I have NOT turned on/required SSL on Default Website nor other virtual directories.
