I recently moved from XP Pro running IIS5.1 to Vista Business running IIS7. I finally got PHP running thru FastCGI locally, when accessing the site using
http://localhost , but when I put it live on the internet, I get a Error 500. All this application does, is when the user clicks on a "download" button for a .jpg image, it forces a download dialog box, rather than just displaying
the image again.
What can I look to now? I've lowered security levels to low (didn't like doing that) and that didn't help either.
The IIS5.1 website is running at http://www.mcephotos.com and if you look at competition photos, the download button is on the lower right of any gallery.
The IIS7 website (identical) is running at
THanks for any help

What is the sub-status code you get for the 500 error ... ? that will give us more clue as to what is going wrong...
you can enable fail request tracing to figure out in more detail... Check
http://learn.iis.net/page.aspx/266/troubleshooting-failed-requests-using-tracing-in-iis7/ for more details on fail reqest tracing...

SOMEHOW, I backed into the correct settings. It's working now. It was a setting in PHP.ini.
Thanks for answering.
