After moving to a new server Windows 2008 x64 and installing the final ARR 1.0. The proxy is not working anymore.
I get a 404.4 Error "The resource you are looking for does not have a handler associated with it." Module: IIS Web Core Notification: MapRequestHandler Handler: StaticFile Error Code: 0x80007007b.
On my the old win 2008 x86 machine and ARR RC everything was fine.
I'm also missing the Proxy feature-button. Only the rewrite rules appear.

Sounds like your installation didn't go successfully. Did you look at the installer log at %TEMP%\arr_setup.log to see if everything went fine?
You may just want to re-install. Make sure that your WAS process is stopped, per the documentation at

After unsinstalling the components and following the steps you provides, arr is now working.
By the way: The feature was calles "Proxy" in RC and is now called "Application Request Routing".

Glad that it's been resolved.
Yes, we did change the name of the icon from RC to RTW. The customer feedback was such that they wanted the icon name to match the product name.
