How do I use the Powershell extensions to change the log directory for an IIS site?

Matt, I assumed you finish the walkthroughs here,
So that you can find relevent objects in the namespace,
Then you can apply the knowledge you gained during the walkthroughs to them.

I'm very new to IIS7. We migrated several sites from IIS6 and have newly created sites. Is it possible to change all migrated sites to a new log location using a comand similar to above? Old sites have a logs dir under site dir, I want them centralized like
the new ones but don't want to script out each site or change them all manually. Thanks.
