I downloaded the new Windows Powershell Provider for IIS today. Did I misunderstand the below statement?
"Execute repetitive administrative tasks across servers with ease
The seamless integration with Windows PowerShell means that you can use the familiar Windows PowerShell console to execute tasks across single or multiple Web sites and servers. Using the IIS7 PowerShell snap-in you can easily navigate the IIS7 configuration
hierarchy just as easily as you would navigate the file system on your hard drive."
Can you now access powershell commands across servers? From the available commands, I was not able to see this. If so great! Are there examples?
Thanks in advance.

Well, you have to use PowerShell v2.0 remoting to access remote servers. We decided to drop support of intrinsic DCOM remoting that is available in configuration system. DCOM remoting is quite limited when you work from managed code on Vista.
