To be honest before you look at the DebugDiag you should consider other troubleshooting tasks. What pages are being accessed at the time? Use IIS logs. Check to see the long running pages that could be causing the problems. It is possible that a page is
causing this. What does httpsys error log say? More clues can be found here to point you in the right direction.
