I have a website that is set up to use active-active clustering with a Foundry GSLB. I have two IIS servers running IIS 6.0 on the backend of the Foundry and SSL is required for all of my web pages. My web content is also connected to a SQL database. The
problem that I am running into is that frequently I will be navigating my pages and suddenly be booted back out to my website's default page, sometimes to the other IIS server. No errors are logged in the client, server, or Foundry. Any ideas?

Look at the IIS logs to establish what is happening. Is it even IIS that is causing this or a caching problem/etc?
You should see a redirect/etc in the logs and new references to the homepage there from the same IP. If not then I suspect that it is not even getting to the IIS box and you have another problem.
If the new references to the homepage are in the logs then look at the what page it came from last to get there. Examine the pages that they went too last to see if there is anything there to indicate that a reference to the homepage.
Other than that it is time to do some proper network troubleshooting and have a look at a packet sniffer to see what is happening.
