IIS not logging web site visits

Using IIS 6 on Win 2003 server.
I moved the log files for several web sites from c:\windows\system32\logfiles to another disk with more space (D:\iislogs).
Now IIS does not log visits to those sites. The logging is setup for daily log files, and it does not create new files or add data to old files.
In the web site properties, I have logging enabled (in both places), and changed the location of the log file folder. I restarted the web sites, and IIS.
I added write permissions for ASPNET, IUSR, and NETWORK SERVICE to the log file folder.
Another web site uses the same log file folder and logging works fine there.
Any suggestions ?

Granting the ASPNET, IUSR and Network Service accounts write permission to your IIS log files is a bad idea and also unecessary. The only accounts which require permissions to your IIS log file folders are the local Administrators group and the local System
account. You can remove all other permissions from your D:\iislogs folder.
