I am looking an ftp solution for the following situation.
My staff send large files to clients on a regular basis and the client's mail server blocks the large file size. My ultimate goal would be to have my staff generate their normal email, create the attachment, and then hit send. The client would receive
the email with a link back to the attachment on our ftp server. The link would be something like:
https://www.abc.com/files/adkasdhjdsd.zip with the .zip file name being generated automatically.

You can try xlight ftp server, it can send you one email, notify events happened in the ftp server by email. Such events include file upload, download, delete and disk.
