i encountered errors while i am requesting for web pages from a server. The browser (both IE 6 and 7) either displays the 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' error or the service unavailable page. So i accessed the server's application log and
the error is shown as of below:
aspnet_wp.exe (PID: 2356) was recycled because it was suspected to be in a deadlocked state. It did not send any responses for pending requests in the last 180 seconds. This timeout may be adjusted using the <processModel responseDeadlockInterval> setting
is there any straightforward solutions that i can execute on the live server for this issue asap?
thanks in advance.

the worker process experienced issue -deadlock and kill itself :)
most likely app related, you should try debug the app and posting it to
www.asp.net should give you better response.

upon further checkng i found out that a third party component used in the app couldn't get me the text output through the .text function. somehow this error causes .Net to be in deadlock state. =)
