I need some advice,
We are hosting a ASP.NET 2.05077 application on a Windows 2003 R2 X64 machine
with a dreadful problem.
Every now and then we are getting 'The RPC Server is Unavailable' .
No errors logged in Eventlog or http err log, quick fix is to restart the application pool and everything goes back to normal.
But we need to find the cause of this problem,
ASP 2.05077 X64 RPC Server is unavailable

Does your application connect to a remote NAS or SAN device?

Thanks for replying,
We are not using NAS or SAN for storage, each node are using (2)
local physical drives configured as mirroring. (Proliant BL460c G1)
There are quite extensive SQL traffic,
(log4net for logging and all web content stored in db - MS SQL 2005)
Still there are no exceptions logged from the .net application pool.
