Your system is running out of memory and hence the iisreset command fails. How much RAM do you have on the server? Can you check in task manager what process is consuming most of it and if it makes sense?

Thank you for reply. I have IBM server x_series 3650 with 5 GB of RAM. I have installed on this machin SQL 2005, Visual Studio, DHCP, DNS and also this machin is the domain controller in the forest.
P.S. I do not think that it is the RAMs trouble. Please, help me i need your advice very much.

How about my second question?
When you see iisreset failing with the same error, run taskmgr from your command prompt, go to the processes tab, make sure 'show processes from all users' is checked, sort per the 'mem usage' column and see what process is consuming the most memory.
