Hi, I'm having trouble with IIS6 on WinServer 03 Std. It seems that I can access my hosted ASP.NET 2.0 site without a problem by entering my IP address or the URL that is forwarding to my IP. But when I use 2 proxy servers (Proxify & a personal proxy), i
get "connection timed out" with both the IP and the URL which makes me think the problem is on my PC and not with DNS or something else. I tried turning off Windows Firewall which is the only firewall I have and it didn't help. The strange thing is, is that
sometimes it'll work fine but most of the time, it doesnt.
Please help, I'll also post any required info that could be of use to whoever helps me. Much appreciated in advance. Thanks.

You could try to clear the DNS cash -

That didn't work. If anyone has any other suggestions, please reply. I really need my server to start serving people besides myself.
I even tried changing the port number the site runs on to some random number to see if it might be my ISP blocking port 80 but it's not, still didn't work.
This is what I have installed:
Windows Server 2003 R2 w/ SP2
IIS 6.0 (1 Website)
.NET Framework 2.0
SQL Server 2005 Express (Local connections Only)
MS Visual Studio 2008 Pro
Teamspeak Server (Which runs fine AFAIK)
